Rule 100
Gratuity or pension can be withheld if non-compliance
If the government cash, cash and documents to be submitted by the retired employee are not submitted according to the rules, the gratuity or pension that he/she will receive may be withheld for the period of non-submission. Employees who need to understand such government cash, documents and documents should also be understood within the specified time.
